December 11, 2007	ACTINET Workshop on Actinide Speciation using XAFS: presentations available How can we improve coupling theoretical chemistry with X-ray absorption spectroscopy? October 30, 2007	ACTINET Summer School 2007: Slides available The 4th ACTINET Summer School, organised by ITU, took place in Karlsruhe (GERMANY), on 12-15 June 2007. It was focussed on Actinide Science and Applications.The slides of the presentations are available here.
October 30, 2007	ACTINET Stakeholders Day: Slides available The ACTINET Stakeholders Day took place in Brussels on 24 October 2007. Beyond a presentation of the objectives, organisation, and first achievements of the network, the meeting offered the major stakeholders the opportunity to present their expectations in the field of actinide sciences.
September 14, 2007	ATALANTE 2008: abstract deadline on 1st October 2007 The International Conference ATALANTE 2008 will take place in Montpellier (France) in May 2008. A specific session will be devoted to Basic Science for future fuel cycles.
July 9, 2007	ThUL School 2007 in November - Registration is open! The school will be held from November 12 to 17, 2007 at the Centre d’Etudes de Cadarache (40 km from Aix-en-Provence, south of France). The focus will be on "Theoretical methods and experimental techniques for the investigation of solid actinides compounds".
July 2, 2007	ACTINET Summer School 2006: Slides available! The slides presented at the ACTINET Summer School 2006 in Saclay, focused on geochemistry and migration of actinides, are now available here.
June 11, 2007	The seventh call is closed. The seventh call for projects is now closed. 23 proposals have been received, with several applications for fellowships. They will be transferred to the Scientific Advisory Committee and to the Executive Committee for evaluation and approval. Results will be published in August.

May 2, 2007	Thermodynamics of Nuclear Fuels: presentations of the workshop held in Saclay in Nov. 2006, now available! The presentations of the workshop on "Thermodynamics of Nuclear Fuels” held in Saclay in November 2006 are now available here!
February 28, 2007	Theoritical Userlab Questionaire The Task Group of the Theoretical Userlab would kindly like to ask groups working in computational actinide sciences to answer a few questions in order to improve the services provided by the ThUL. The questionaire including the contact addresses is available in PDF and WORD format for download.

April 24, 2006	International Information Exchange Meeting on Thermodynamics of Nuclear Fuels - First Announcement ACTINET organises an International Information Exchange meeting on the "Thermodynamics of Nuclear Fuels". It will be held from November 27th, 2006 to December 1st, 2006.

January 11, 2006	ThUL School 2006 - Subscribe before January 31st, 2006 Subscriptions are now open for the ACTINET ThUL School on Computational Actinide Chemistry.
December 12, 2005	The 4th call for Joint Projects is closed The fourth call for Joint projects, open since August 2005, is now closed. Sixteen projects have been received, transferred to the Scientific Advisory Committee for evaluation and to the Executive Committee for approval.

May 26, 2005	The 3rd Call for Joint Projects is closed The third call is now closed. Twelve proposals for joint research projects or for education and training projects have been received, and will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Committee.

March 15, 2005	Results of the second call for joint projects The results of the second call for joint projects are now published. 33 proposals for Joint Research Projects and Joint Education and Training Projects have been received after the second call (deadline 20 December 2004).
